recreational appeal in Quechee, VT. Just 2 & 1/2 hours drive from Boston's Logan
Airport, about an hour & half drive to Manchester Airport and serviced by a local GA
airport capable of accommodating small, private jets, 20 minutes from
Dartmouth College
and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
(with the Norris Cotton
Cancer Institute), 35 minutes from Killington & Okemo Ski mountains,
Quechee Lakes Resort offers a lifestyle that is unhurried, rich in culture and
sophistication, yet minutes from real Vermont pastoral settings and timeless country
living traditions.
One Time Buyers Fee of $3,000 for 2005 (being raised to $4,000 in 2006)*. Annual dues
and amenities fees can range from $2,790 to approximately $5,000* depending upon which
amenities package you choose (golf, ski, tennis or all three). With a full amenity
package, members do not pay greens fees, tennis fees, or fees to use the ski mountain.
Also, the club does not have a food minimum. The annual QLLA fees pay for
the professional management and operation of all club facilities and amenities.
